The Role:

Managing compliance for a portfolio of individual and corporate tax clients
Identifying tax planning opportunities through review of audit and accounting files
Preparing and reviewing VAT, VIES, and Return of Trading Details (RTD) returns
Acting as a key point of contact for client tax queries and developing strong relationships
Contributing to consultancy assignments and supporting ad hoc advisory work
Researching technical tax matters and briefing managers and partners accordingly
Engaging with Revenue on behalf of clients to manage and resolve tax matters

Requirements:

AITI/CTA qualified or near qualification, with 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience
Strong technical knowledge of tax legislation, particularly in income and corporation tax
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Proficient IT skills and familiarity with tax/accounting software
Meticulous attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills

This is an onsite role where you will play a critical role in managing the company’s incoming payments, ensuring accurate processing, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

The Role:

• Generate and distribute invoices accurately and timely.

• Monitor outstanding accounts, chase overdue payments, and manage credit risk effectively.

• Record and allocate incoming payments, ensuring accuracy.

• Respond to customer queries related to billing and payments, providing professional and timely support.

• Regularly reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure financial accuracy.

• Prepare AR reports, aged debt analysis, and escalate issues as required.

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in AR processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Administration, preferably in a fast-moving environment.

• Accounting related qualification or relevant finance experience.
