Accounts Administrator

BenchMark Recruitment is currently recruiting an Accounts Administrator for our client in Galway. You will be responsible for performing the day to day admin duties. This is an on site based role.

The Role:

• Assisting with payments and accounts
• Dealing with supplier/customer account queries and following up
• Posting receipts and preparing lodgements
• Posting purchase and expense invoices
• Posting of payments on accounts system
• Preparing weekly monthly reports as needed


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
